This documentary covers a celebration in the Dwesa region of South Africa that commemorates the launch of the Internet to 17 rural schools and records researchers, industry partners and government departments coming together to support the Living Lab led by Rhodes University.

Rhodes University in South Africa is doing research in technology that is bringing the Internet to rural South African communities and schools in remote areas, such as the Dwesa region.

The documentary is being used to advertise for more funding and involvement from the commercial industry and government to connect marginalised communities with ICT.
